Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your purchase from Baseus Colombo. If you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for a warranty check. If approved by our technical team, an exchange or a credit note will be issued. Please see below for more information on our warranty policy:

Warranty replacements can take 3 – 7 working days.
Warranty is only applicable for manufacturing defects.
Warranty will not apply for:
- Physical damages, drop damages, external or internal burnt damages.
- Cosmetic damages, repairs, disassembly, modifications, or water damages.
- Products with a removed or invisible Baseus Colombo warranty sticker.
A device-to-device replacement will only be considered if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Exchanges/returns will not be processed for: change of mind, wrong device purchase, different color, etc. Decisions by management will be final.
In case of a manufacturing defect, Baseus Colombo may:
- Repair the product,
- Replace it with a new product, or
- Issue a credit note against future purchases (decision based on market conditions & technical approval).
Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges relating to warranty claims. We strongly recommend using a trackable method. Products must be sent with the original box and accessories.
Before couriering/handing over products, please contact our technical hotline: 0777-996464 for initial assistance.
If handed over to our store, a physical Job Note will be issued. This Job Note must be submitted when collecting the replacement/exchange.
Customers must collect replacements within 1 month from the date of handover. Warranty claims will not be valid beyond this period.

Special Note (Effective from September 1, 2025, 12:00 AM):

All electronics purchased on or after September 1, 2025 will come with a 1-Year Warranty.
Electronics purchased before September 1, 2025 will continue to carry a 6-Month Warranty.
